As the Holidays approach, we want to keep you advised of upcoming events.\u00a0 On Thursday, November 29th, the Chamber will hold the annual Tree Lighting at the Pepsi Pavilion on S. Main Street in Luverne.\u00a0 The time will be 6 p.m., hot chocolate and Xmas carolling will be the order of the night and kindergarten children will hang ornaments they decorated on the tree.\u00a0 It’s such a fun, old fashioned event and enjoyed by all.<\/p>\n
Saturday, December 1st is the date for the annual Chamber Christmas Parade.\u00a0 Call the Chamber office at 335-4468 to register your float or marching entry.\u00a0 Each year, the parade is bigger and better, so be sure to enter your organization.\u00a0 Every entry must donate a child’s toy to help DHR Toy Program in Crenshaw County.\u00a0 The bikers come and help in a big way with the toy donation.\u00a0 We are proud that this event is such a success every year and proud to be part of this program.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
