On July 1st, Sew American, a new embroidery/outlet facility in Luverne had their ribbon cutting and Grand Opening.  The Chamber was pleased to provide the ribbon cutting and assist in publicizing this event.  Wayne and Vicky Benton and Mr. Ben Kaufman are owners of the 331 outlet.  They grilled hamburgers and hot dogs, had bounce houses and entertainment, the City of Luverne provided a fire truck for kids to inspect…..and their outlet store was open for business.  This is a wonderful addition to Crenshaw County, both from an employment standpoint and a retail new business.
