    Join Evelyn and John for TASTE OF FALL……September 21st….pumpkins, vendors, veggies, plants  and so much more.  Flyer attached and more details coming in next newsletter.
from Chamber of Commerce:        
    Our annual Golf Tournament, 3-Person Scramble, is scheduled for Monday, October 14, 2019 at the Luverne Country Club.  Registration forms attached.  Golfers, don’t miss this event which helps fund our scholarship program for senior Belles and Beaus.  Lunch provided and door prizes make this a really great event.

Calendar:
September 3-20 – the Alabama 200 Traveling Bicentennial Exhibiton display at the John D. Harrison Cultural Center, 3 S. Forest in downtown Luverne. Open daily Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m, this exhibit has 200 years of history in interactive displays.  Lots of pictures, mementos and information packed into this event.  Watch for the signs…….Don’t miss it! 
September 13 – Friday – 10 a.m. and all day – Grand Opening for the all new SUBWAY OF LUVERNE…..Ribbon Cutting at 10 a.m…..come celebrate this great new facility.
September 21 – Saturday – Allen’s Dry Creek Market and their Taste of Fall.  Vendors, food and more….watch for more details.
Saturday, October 5th – Sherry Prevett will have a Fall Festival at 13 on 5th…..vendors, food, music….details to follow.  Fifth Street and S. Forest Avenue, downtown Luverne. 
October 14th – Monday  – Chamber of Commerce Golf Tournament – 10 am – See attached forms.
