BULLETIN – Norma Helen’s Deli at 179 S. Forest Ave in Luverne is OPEN FOR LUNCH today – 10 a.m.  We are excited for them as they have worked long and hard to be the newest restaurant in Luverne.  Please remember Michele and her staff at lunch time. Their restaurant is located next to City Finance.   If you attended the Taste of Crenshaw, you were treated to part of their menu……Congratulations on your opening!!
October 12, 2019 – Makers Market & Celebration – attached is a vendor application and a copy of the flyer detailing the events scheduled at this Bicentennial event.  Please forward the vendor application to anyone you know who does fund raising and would like an opportunity to have a booth, or to any crafter or artist you may know.  It’s not too late to be involved.  This is a Crenshaw County event however, crafters from adjoining counties can participate.  Music all day with several bands and music groups participating, kids activities include inflatables at the Baptist Church and a movie at 7 p.m. in the Open Air Plaza; a Farmers Market willl be on the grounds at the Luverne United Methodist Church; local authors will have their books for sale; and dinner will be served at 6 p.m. – tickets $10 – and all on S. Glenwood Avenue in front of the Courthouse.  Share this information with friends and family for a great, fun filled day.
