WHY SHOULD I BE A MEMBER OF THE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE?
1. Because I have a business stake in this County that is safeguarded by working with others through the Chamber of Commerce to protect and advance all business.
2. It is only fair that I support the Chamber since I reap the benefits through the actions of the Chamber in social, county growth and Chamber programs to encourage and support business.
3. The Chamber of Commerce cannot carry out its broad program of work to protect and advance business without adequate personnel and financial support.
4. The business community in Crenshaw County will benefit greatly from a strong Chamber of Commerce advancing good ideas and programs to encourage new business and affect the welfare of the county.
5. A strong Chamber program will allow Crenshaw County to compete with other areas for new industries and new payrolls which strengthens the entire business community.
6. Because the most effective and constructive influence is organized business working to promote and improve Crenshaw County, and as a business owner, I want to contribute to that effort. my living in this county, and it is my responsibility to support all programs that strive to improve the business climate.
7. Because the Chamber of Commerce has a web site and, as a member of the community interested in Crenshaw County and Chamber activities, my business website address will be linked from and listed in the Chamber Directory. Any link to my business is very valuable to increase sales and extend the sphere of knowledge about my business.
