Saturday, May 4th – 10 a.m. – 12 noon – Don’t Litter on Luverne  –  BiCentennial Clean Up – Meet at Pepsi Pavilion for instructions.  Please come and help !!
Friday and Saturday – May 3/4 – Crenshaw County Volunteer Fire Association Annual Rodeo – at the Tom Harbin Farm Center on Airport Road In Luverne.  Don’t miss the rodeo!!!
Tuesday, May 7th – Open House at Beacon Children’s Hospital – 10 a.m.-11:30 a.m. –  Invitation attached.

May 3 – 31 – Eric Dusenbery Photographs –  Crenshaw Crossroads – “Discovering Neighbors and a Sense of Place” – Mr. Dusenbery photographed 20 Crenshaw County citizens and their pictures and text summary will be on display at The John D. Harrison Cultural Center, 13 E. 4th Street, Luverne daily Monday through Saturday, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m..  Please mark your calendar and pass along to friends and family to visit this wonderful exhibit.                                                                                **************************

The Crenshaw County Farmer’s Market will begin on June 3, from 3-6 pm on the Luverne United Methodist Church lawn. Local growers and crafters welcome. Contact the Crenshaw County Extension office for more information at 335-6312.

From Allen’s Dry Creek Market:  They have fresh fruits and veggies, including English Peas and Green Beans, planted pots for Mothers Day and the following Gardening Class scheduled.
